Terms and Conditions
1.The contract between us
We must receive payment of the whole of the price for the goods that you order before your order can be accepted. Once payment has been received by us we will confirm that your order has been accepted by sending an email to you at the email address you provide in your order form. Our acceptance of your order brings into existence a legally binding contract between us.
2.Ownership of rights
All rights, including copyright, in this website are owned by or licensed to Seat Covers UK. Any use of this website or its contents, including copying or storing it or them in whole or part, other than for your own personal, non commercial use, is prohibited without our permission. You may not modify, distribute or repost anything on this website for any purpose.
3.Colour and appearance
Please note that there may be slight variations in the colour and appearance of our products. Pictures of our products in any publication, including this website, are representations only.
4. Delivery times
Once an order has been accepted, we shall do our best to dispatch the order within 1 working day for standard products and 15-25 working days for custom products. These are expected delivery times. They are not guaranteed, but we do have an excellent record of fulfilling orders well within these times. If circumstances arise which mean that there is likely to be a significant delay then we shall inform you of this. We advise you to take our expected delivery times into account when placing your order. An urgent request for delivery in advance of our expected delivery time may in some circumstances be accepted. An additional charge may be made. If this is required, we ask that you contact us as soon as possible.
Orders being delivered to the Channel Islands and other islands around the UK will have an additional £10.00 charge and will take about 4 days longer to deliver we have been advised by our courier.
Saturday delivery as a special request and will be quoted for at the time. We do not deliver on Sunday or bank holidays.

5. Returns & Refunds
We strive to ensure that our products are of the highest quality. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase you should inform us straight away and in any event within 14 calendar days of delivery to you. For items that have not been personalised, customised or made to order, you have a right to cancel the contract within 14 calendar days and up to a further 14 calendar days from cancellation to return the item. Simply return the item to us, unused, with its original packaging and the receipt, retaining a note of the number of the receipt for your own records, and obtain proof of postage. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the items. Refunds will be processed within 14 calendar days of receiving the returned item. If you suspect your item to be faulty, please contact us to discuss as we will arrange returns where items are faulty or there has been an error on the part of OliMoto ltd
In the case of personalised, customised or made to order items, please inspect the goods on delivery and inform us immediately, and in any event within 14 calendar days, of any suspected fault or discrepancy. We shall be happy to discuss any suspected fault or error on our part and arrange returns for inspection. Subject to our right to refuse to do so if no fault or error is found and your returning the item unused, we will provide you with your choice of a full refund, agreed alterations, or exchange.
6.Cancellation right
6.1Under the Distance Selling Regulations you have the legal right to cancel your order within seven days of receipt of your goods (with the exception of any made to order, special orders or any items to clear). However, you will need to notify us if you wish to cancel your contract by contacting us. A reply email or returns number must be obtained and included with the returned item. All items not required are subject to a 30% restocking fee.
6.2 If you have received the goods before you cancel your contract then you must send the goods back to our contact address at your own cost and risk. If you cancel your contract but we have already processed the goods for delivery you must not unpack the goods when they are received by you and you must send the goods back to us at our contact address at your own cost and risk as soon as possible.
6.3 Once you have notified us that you are cancelling your contract and this has been verified, any sum debited to us from you will be re-credited to your account (less any deductions) within 30 days of your order PROVIDED THAT the goods in question are returned by you and received by us in the condition they were in when delivered to you. If you do not return the goods delivered to you or do not pay the costs of delivery, we will be entitled to deduct the direct costs of recovering the goods from the amount to be re-credited to you.
6.4 You will be re-credited for the costs incurred in returning faulty goods up to a maximum of the original postage price. All items returned must be sent with proof of delivery and must have been cleared for returning by ourselves.
7. Prices
We do our best to ensure that prices displayed on this website are correct. However, it is possible for errors to occur and if we discover an error in the price of goods ordered before your order is accepted, we will inform you as soon as possible. In these circumstances you will have the choice of re-confirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we do not hear from you, your order will be treated as cancelled. In any such case where the order is cancelled, you will receive a full refund of any amount already paid.
The prices of our products include VAT but do not include delivery which is shown separately for delivery within mainland UK. If the delivery address is outside mainland UK then delivery charges must be agreed separately and acceptance of your order will be subject to this.
8. Delivery and Postage
Where no one is available to accept a delivery, if practical, your order will be left in a safe place or with a neighbour – please add any specific delivery instructions in the customer comments section on the checkout when ordering.
9. Payment
We accept most major credit and debit cards as well as accepting bank transfers, PayPal.
10. Pricing
The currency we accept is British Sterling also known as GBP.
